Amenities to expect
The list below is indicative of what a premium Prestige apartment community usually provides. It is not a confirmed list for this project, so please check the brochure at launch. The amenity list below reflects what has been shared so far for Prestige Huyilalu; the final list follows the developer's release.
| Category | Typical facilities |
|---|---|
| Clubhouse | Multipurpose hall, indoor games, lounge, party area |
| Fitness and wellness | Gymnasium, yoga or aerobics space, swimming pool |
| Sports and play | Children's play area, sports courts, jogging or walking track |
| Open spaces | Landscaped gardens, seating areas, open lawns |
| Safety and security | Gated entry, CCTV, trained security, fire-safety systems |
| Utilities | Power backup for common areas, water supply and treatment, waste management |
How to judge an amenity list
- Size, not just names: ask for the clubhouse built-up area and pool dimensions.
- Maintenance cost: larger amenity sets mean higher monthly charges; ask for the estimate.
- Phasing: find out whether amenities open with the first possession or later.
- Capacity: compare facilities against the number of homes they will serve.
- Daily use: prioritise what your family will actually use over long feature lists.
Pair this with the master plan to see where amenities sit relative to the towers, and the specifications for what goes inside your home.
*Prices, sizes, plans and dates are indicative and subject to change. Please confirm all details with the sales team and verify RERA status before booking.
