Master plan status
Prestige Huyilalu is in pre-launch. The land area, number of towers and total units are not published on this website, because we only state details the developer has confirmed.
| Master plan detail | Status |
|---|---|
| Land area | To be confirmed with the official plan |
| Towers and floors | To be confirmed |
| Total apartments | To be confirmed |
| Open and green areas | To be confirmed |
| Amenity zones | To be confirmed |
What to study when you receive the plan
- Tower orientation: which towers face open areas or the road, and which face each other.
- Spacing between towers: wider gaps mean better light, ventilation and privacy.
- Amenity placement: homes right next to the clubhouse or play areas can be noisier.
- Entry and exit points: check for separate resident, visitor and service gates.
- Parking layout: look at basement versus surface parking and access to each tower lobby.
- Greenery and open space: compare the proportion of open land with the built-up footprint.
Using the master plan with the other documents
Read the master plan together with the floor plans, the specification sheet and the RERA registration. Once RERA registration is issued, the layout shown in the registered plan is the one you should rely on.
*Prices, sizes, plans and dates are indicative and subject to change. Please confirm all details with the sales team and verify RERA status before booking.
